    The ALPHA Convoy collection is constructed with premium 1200D and 600D CORDURA® Eco Fabric. This fabric is woven with yarn that is made from recycled plastic and also meets the performance and durability specifications of all CORDURA® fabrics.

    Plastic Bottles

    Post-consumer plastic water bottles are collected

    Flakes

    Bottles are cleaned and ground into flakes

    Chips

    The flakes are reprocessed and dried to form chips

    Polyester Yarn

    The chips are melt extruded and spun into high-tenacity yarn

    The yarn is woven into fabric to create Cordura® Eco
