Quality is more than often a crucial factor in the survival of a company, from in-come materials to finished products, every details are very important, the factory have a QC department, their task is to inspect the quality, when the materials arrive factory, they have to check all of the materials, if all materials are ok, and if the materials could meet the demand on the quality and the colors. After cutting by mould, the QC department will inspect the swatches. when the materials on the production line, the QC department has to check the details when producing, finally, the QC department will check the finished products before delivery, make sure all of the products are ok, and then delivery.
